Presentation at the AIDA World Water Law Congress 2026
2026年6月24日～26日に、ノルウェーのオスロ大学で開催された世界水法会議2026（World Water Law Congress 2026）に参加してきました。本会議は、国際水法学会（AIDA: International Association for Water Law）が主催したもので、ほぼ初めてとなる水法に関する国際研究大会です。
私は今回、以下の2つの発表を行いました。
≪口頭発表≫ From Principles to Standards: Judicial Articulation of Interstitial Norms in International Water Disputes
≪ポスター発表≫ Ice Governance: A New Component of Global Water Law?
世界各地から「水」×「法」を研究する専門家らが参集し、のべ250人もの登録があったとのことです。大変多くのフィードバックもいただき、ネットワークも広げる貴重な機会になりました。
なお、本学会に出席するための渡航費では、公益財団法人社会科学国際交流江草基金（国際研究集会等派遣助成）の助成を受けました。口頭発表の内容は、科研費『国際裁判により形成されるグローバル規制基準の水紛争の処理における機能と意義』の成果の一部であり、また、ポスター発表は、JSPS研究拠点形成事業『地球益実現に向けた南極ガバナンス研究』の成果の一部です。ご支援に感謝申し上げます。
I am delighted to have participated in the AIDA World Water Law Congress 2026, held on 24–26 June 2026 in the beautiful city of Oslo, Norway. This event marked the first truly global academic conference dedicated to water law, bringing together professionals from diverse disciplines and backgrounds. It was great to meet many friends and get to know experts from all over the world!
I will be delivering two presentations:
